These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and UU888 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the U888 online gaming platform accessible at https://uu888.buzz and any associated mobile-optimised interfaces (collectively, "the Services").

To register an Account and use the Services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your Account:

Each eligible individual is permitted to hold one (1) Account on the U888 Platform. Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

4.1 Accuracy of Information

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact email address. You are responsible for keeping your account information updated at all times. Any account found to have been registered with false, misleading, or incomplete information may be immediately suspended.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You agree not to share your credentials with any third party and to notify U888 support immediately upon suspecting any unauthorised access to your Account. U888 shall not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised use of your Account where you have failed to safeguard your login credentials.

4.3 Single Currency

All Account balances, deposits, wagers, and withdrawals are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise specified for cryptocurrency transactions, which may be converted at the prevailing rate at the time of the transaction.

U888 is required under its international licensing obligations to conduct identity verification on all players prior to authorising withdrawals. KYC verification may also be triggered at any point where our compliance team identifies a need for additional due diligence.

5.1 Required Documents

Players will be required to submit one or more of the following document types to complete KYC:

5.2 Verification Timelines

5.3 Refusal of Verification

U888 reserves the right to reject KYC submissions that are blurry, incomplete, or suspected of manipulation. Players whose identity cannot be satisfactorily verified will have their Account suspended and any pending withdrawals held pending further review or alternative verification methods.

6.1 Accepted Payment Methods

U888 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods available to Malaysian players: DuitNow, FPX bank transfers (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, and other participating Malaysian banks), Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, and cryptocurrency (BTC, USDT, and other supported digital currencies at U888's discretion). All fiat currency transactions are processed in MYR.

6.2 Deposit Terms

• Deposits must be made from a payment account held in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction.
• U888 does not charge deposit fees, however your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Deposits are typically credited instantly. In the event of a delay exceding 30 minutes, you should contact support with proof of transaction.

6.3 Withdrawal Terms

• Withdrawals must be made to a payment account in your own name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.
• A minimum withdrawal amount applies and is displayed at the time of the withdrawal request.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes of approval, subject to completed KYC verification and any applicable wagering requirements being met.
• U888 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing withdrawal requests above certain thresholds as determined by our compliance procedures.

The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the UU888 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of all funds held in the Account:

• Fraudulent activity: Any attempt to defraud U888 or other players, including but not limited to chargeback fraud, payment reversal abuse, or the use of stolen payment credentials.
• Collusion: Any agreement between two or more players to act in concert to gain an unfair advantage, including chip dumping in poker or live casino games.
• Use of automated tools: The use of bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to place bets, exploit odds, or interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Arbitrage betting: The systematic use of multiple betting platforms to exploit price discrepancies in a manner that guarantees profit regardless of outcome.
• Money laundering: Using the Platform to process, transfer, or launder funds derived from unlawful activity. U888 cooperates with relevant authorities and is required to report suspicious transactions.
• Multiple accounts: Registering, operating, or benefiting from more than one Account on the Platform.
• Misrepresentation: Providing false identification, falsifying documents, or misrepresenting your age, identity, or eligibility during registration or KYC.
• Technical exploitation: Exploiting software bugs, errors, or technical malfunctions in any game or platform feature to gain an unfair advantage. Any winings generated through exploitation of technical errors are void.

All content on the UU888 Platform — including but not limited to software, design, graphics, text, logos, game content, audio, video, and the U888 brand name and mark — is the exclusive property of UU888 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without prior written consent from UU888.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract the source code of any software component of the Platform.
• Use the U888 brand, name, logo, or any associated marks in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation without written authorisation.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, UU888 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform or these Terms, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to adequately protect your login credentials.
• Loss of winings or gaming opportunities resulting from technical interruptions, server maintenance, or events beyond U888's reasonable control (including but not limited to force majeure events, telecommunications failures, or third-party payment processor outages).
• Any decision or outcome in a game or sports event, whether the result of RNG determination, live play, or sports result.
• Any financial loss, taxation liability, or legal consequence arising from your decision to use online gambling services in your jurisdiction.

UU888's total aggregate liability to you in connection with your Account and use of the Services shall not exceed the total amount of your deposits in the three (3) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12.1 Termination by the Player

You may close your Account at any time by contacting the UU888 support team via live chat. Prior to closure, any outstanding wagering requirements on active bonuses will be forfeited. Your real-money balance, subject to completed KYC verification, will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method.

12.2 Suspension or Termination by UU888

UU888 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your Account with or without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms, including but not limited to engaging in prohibited conduct, providing false information, or operating multiple accounts.
• Your Account is suspected of involvement in fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other unlawful conduct.

12.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, any Bonus Funds credited to your Account shall be immediately forfeited. Real-money balances will be subject to a compliance review before release and may be withheld pending investigation where fraud or prohibited conduct is suspected.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
